Southern Baked Pie Company was founded by an innovative entrepreneur, Amanda Wilbanks, and was initially named Buttermilk Pie Company at the time of establishment in 2012 in Gainesville, Georgia. Amanda is an alumna of the University of Georgia with a simple yet profound love for baking. She had some cherished family recipes and profound influence from her Southern roots and family traditions, which led to her drawing inspiration from them and starting her own passionate baking business. She and her dedicated team crafted gourmet sweet and savory pies.
