There are two kinds of hydration people in this world. The first kind are the overachievers, the gallon-jug-carrying, electrolyte-measuring, “hydration is my personality” people who make you feel dehydrated just by existing. Then there’s the rest of us. The ones who sip coffee until noon realize we haven’t had a drop of water all day, and panic-chug tap water like it’s a medical emergency.
That was me. I wanted to be hydrated; I really did. But plain water felt like homework. Sports drinks felt too… sweaty. Energy drinks gave me heart palpitations and existential dread. What I wanted was something that made hydration feel like leisure, not labor.
And then, as if the universe was eavesdropping on my dry thoughts, I met Leisure Project.
Leisure isn’t just a hydration drink; it’s a mood. A state of being. A sparkling, sip-by-sip permission slip to slow down, feel good, and still get those mind-and-body benefits we all crave but never have the energy to Google.
Let me introduce you to my new trio of obsession: Lemonade, Wild Blueberry, and Tropical Mango—three aluminum-canned rays of hydration sunshine that have completely redefined my daily sip schedule.
