Harold was proud of where he was. For several months he’s taken to the challenge of improving the way his body feels. And with this challenge, he has decided to do it as naturally as possible.
Right in the middle of “middle age,” – Harold began to feel less energetic. He started to spend more time on the sofa and less time being physically active. His overall activity level dropped in direct proportion to his sofa surfing.
He began to put on some extra weight. His wife and children noticed, and Harold certainly noticed as he buttoned his pants in the morning. He knew something must be done.
Harold knew that middle age could be a challenge. He read all the blogs he could find about aging and even went in-depth, reading scientific studies full of terms he couldn’t understand. What he did understand, however, was that action should be taken.

So, Harold took to the gym, hired a personal trainer, and began watching what he ate. No more fatty, greasy meals. No more fast-food dinners on the fly. He vowed to eat only whole and natural foods.
And then, over a few weeks, he noticed a difference. His consistency and persistence were paying off. He started to feel better. Harold even smiled as he stepped on the scale in the morning.
