Meet Wendy, the brains and brawn behind Hands Organic Skincare. She has curated her own little shop on the internet, where she makes and sells organic skincare products that have garnered quite a fan following.
She is a proud mom, a passionate guitarist, and a creative at heart. She also dabbles in art from time to time. But with all the different roles that she so efficiently juggles, Wendy has also been battling with chronic illness for the past three decades. It has been a difficult journey, but with Wendy’s resilience and problem-solving attitude, she has been able to find help and healing amongst nature.
On her path to natural wellness, Wendy came across holistic healers, learning the secrets of ancient Chinese Medicine, and Ayurveda, to dabbling in Homeopathy. Wendy has learned so much about medicinal plants and their healing powers that she was able to curate some of her own products to help solve common skin ailments.
Her Aha! moment came when she welcomed her baby to the world. Her motherly instincts kicked in, and she suddenly found herself fighting toxins everywhere. She soon realized that these little nasties are present everywhere: from the food we eat to the eat that we breathe, to the things that we use and apply on our skin.
