The journey to creating Gaines Family Farmstead Sweet Potato Dog Treats began with our frustration over the subpar selection of dog treats available on the market. As dedicated dog lovers, we frequently consulted our family veterinarian for advice on the healthiest food and treats. However, we were disappointed with the options available for dog food and decided to take matters into our own hands. Our curiosity and love for dogs led us to investigate the health benefits of sweet potatoes in canine diets. With guidance from our vet and extensive independent research, we created something delicious and unique for our dogs.
For a while our treats were just for our dogs, but then we expanded our operation for the rest of the loveable dogs out there.
