There is a moment most of us know very well.
It is not dramatic. No one collapses. No alarms go off. You are just standing in your kitchen, refilling your water bottle again, wondering why your body still feels like it is running on low battery mode.
You drank water. A lot of it. You are technically doing everything right.
And yet.
Your mood is flat. Your muscles feel heavy. Your brain is doing that slow, sticky thing where words take longer to land. You feel wired but tired, calm but restless, hydrated but somehow… not.
