Snook’s Pet Products, a woman-owned business established in 2001, started with a deep love for the founder’s Jack Russell, Woody. Based in Estacada, Oregon, the brand specializes in high-quality, natural dog care products, combining passion with premium ingredients to guarantee the best for your pets.
Woody, out of love, is depicted on every product label alongside his best friend Maggie, which inspired the formation of our entire product line. His memory and the bond we shared contributes to the foundation for producing the highest-quality, natural pet care solutions.
What Sets Us Apart
At Snook’s Pet Products, offering a complete range of healthy and natural products designed specifically for dogs is a matter of pride. The offerings include single-ingredient, hypoallergenic Sweet Potato Treats, which are both tasteful and also help in dental hygiene by cleaning the dog’s teeth. Moreover, we provide a number of natural care products and supplements that are designed to promote optimal health for furry friends. Each product is crafted from start to finish within the company’s facility, using proprietary blends. The company puts a huge stress on utilizing only the high-quality, human-grade, and natural ingredients, which ensures that the products are not only effective but also gentle and safe for the pets.

The Snook’s Story:
Before its inception, Patrice Snook – the company’s founder – was the manager of a well-known herbal and nutritional healing center, located in Portland. This role enabled her to develop a deep sense of understanding and expertise in herbal medicine and essential oils. Many of the customers affectionately called her ‘the dog girl’, which is a nod to her passion for canine wellness. Even after her experience with pet wellness, it took her quite a while to nurture her ideas before she finally chose to transform this into entrepreneurship.
With a limited starting budget of $400, rich ambition, persistent hard work, and an intense love for animals, she launched her business by setting up a stall at a public market in Portland on September 15, 2001. The setup was very basic, with simple displays and homemade labels. To her amazement, everything was sold out entirely during the first weekend. She was not sure if it was just luck; however, she returned the next weekend and received the same massive success. This initial recognition marked the beginning of what would become a lasting and fulfilling journey.
