A great smile is highly attractive. It draws people into the very essence of who you are and what makes you smile! And a great smile is something we can all strive for.
Having clean teeth, fresh breath and healthy gums is a goal for all great smiles and through the holiday season, it is something that we need to pay attention to perhaps a little more.
Understandably, the holiday period is a time for many of us to relax and kick back a little. This often means embracing all the treats and goodies on offer, whether you are with others or even on your own. Our teeth and gums can show the effects of too much sweet stuff fairly quickly, and even regular toothpaste with all its added whitening chemicals can struggle to give us the smile and clean teeth we truly want.
Our bathroom cabinets may become increasingly crammed with numerous oral treatments and tubes of toothpaste but sometimes a more streamlined, directed approach can work wonders. And wouldn’t it be nice to declutter and just find one thing (or even two things!) that work well to give you cleaner teeth, healthier gums, and fresher breath!

Sometimes we rely too heavily on chemical-based products or even wait it out until we see a dental hygienist! However, as we age, tooth enamel gets weaker, gums can become worn down or sore from over-brushing, and we rely on gum and mints for a fresher breath.
