Yoga is an empowering journey beyond just a series of poses or a brief respite from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It’s a practice that encourages transformation, a journey of connection, and a dedication to self-discovery. As a yoga instructor, entrepreneur, and Founder of Niyama Yogi Traveler, my work transcends guiding physical movements; it focuses on inspiring people to live with intention and fully embrace the present moment. Every day, I have the opportunity to engage with people from all walks of life, seeing how yoga enhances their lives and promotes both mental and physical wellness.
From guiding early risers in virtual classes to teaching chair yoga to seniors and introducing mindfulness to teens, my daily schedule is a blend of human connection and empowerment as I embark on our daily Yoga and Meditation Sessions. Here’s a glimpse into how yoga enriches my life and the lives of my students.

Mornings with Early Risers: Welcoming the Day with Purpose
The day starts with the beautiful first rays of sunlight illuminating the horizon, and I get ready to guide my early risers in a yoga flow that will invigorate their minds and bodies. With my virtual yoga studio, you can enjoy classes available whenever and wherever you like! This flexibility allows yoga to flourish beyond the confines of a studio or strict schedule—it’s a practice that beautifully integrates into the lives of my students.
Our Yoga and Meditation Sessions that take place in the morning frequently create a positive atmosphere for the day ahead. My students arrive eager to move, breathe, and center themselves, discovering clarity amidst life’s demands. The connection we create in these moments is truly meaningful, even through a virtual medium.
To enhance these sessions, I rely on my Peaceful Travels Lavender Blend Roller Bottle, a delightful essential oil blend that creates a calming atmosphere. This blend, with its soothing aroma, allows my students and me to center ourselves in the present moment, fostering a mindful space where we can wholeheartedly engage in our practice.
