POISONING: If you feel like you or your child has accidentally overdosed, take 2 capsules with lots of water to help eliminate what was accidentally swallowed. Drink lots of extra water for best results. Seek medical care as soon as possible.

SKIN REJUVENATION AND FACE MASKS: Mix the contents of 2-3 capsules with honey and RAW apple cider vinegar, or rose water and aloe vera gel and some pure oil, if desired, and use the mixture as a mask for your skin, hair. It is ideal for helping treat eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, hives, rashes, etc.

DIGESTION:Help eliminate indigestion, bloating, pain and irritation from gas, food poisoning, stomach ailments, and help prevent hangovers. Mix the contents of 2-3 capsules in a glass of water or beverage to take. You may take the capsules without opening them as well. Always drink lots of extra water to flush out the toxins released.

POULTICES: Use our charcoal as a natural remedy to soothe burns, bug bites, and other wounds. Mix the contents of 3-4 capsules with some ground flax seeds and water and apply to the affected area. Repeat if necessary.
